Replacement Policy
We are responsible for what we sell. We offer easy and quick returns.
Replacement of the items shall be allowed within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided the product is in its original and saleable condition with original invoice.
In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, you may return the product unused, in its original packaging and invoice. We require a video of the package being opened and the images as well.
Any exchange or returns for reasons other than the above, the shipping charges if any, will not be refunded.
Product bought during sale will be not be returned.
Once the product has reached us, we perform a quality check on the products. The product should be in unused condition and in its original packaging along with original tags and invoice, failing which Return/Exchange may not be possible.
Any returns/exchanges at Goya home, or through courier, must be accompanied by the original sale invoice, which is shipped along with the products. We will not be able to accept returns which are not accompanied by the relevant original sales invoice.
Before accepting delivery of any product, please ensure, that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with. If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and write to us at info@goyaluxury.com, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
Refunds of payments will be done to the original payment source. Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder’s credit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder’s issuing bank. In the case of nationalized banks, a delay can be expected for the refund to be visible in the account.
Refunds of payments made via Cash on Delivery will be done by online transfers or credits in account.
